William Bulpin
William's experience, training and national profile lie in the area of health, community engagement and social care. His experience working in severely socially and economically deprived and excluded communities led to a career in the senior leadership of social care services.
As a county director for social care he was responsible for the public service provision to all customer groups, for review and evaluation of provision against diminishing budgets and increasing demand. Well versed in public accountability and high visibility decision-making, William has extensive experience of working within local communities to find new solutions.
